In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I engaged on this hemtt box at kavala drug dealer, I tell it to not drive off or your tires will be shot out and I will be very mad at you. He then drives of into kavala square while I am shooting at him and uses it as some sort of safe area so I cant do anything to him, and constantly broke rules such as "this is green zone you cant shoot me" and saying my name without telling him.

Why should we unban you ?
It was a misunderstanding of the rules, I thought you could still continue roleplay if they went into the green zone to use it as a 'safe area', I also went into the green zone and stopped shooting at him as soon as I got there and realized where he was. I then went over green zone rules and I re-read them, this is the one I have broken: (6.1) You are unable to kill anyone in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban) - but I guess this could be also changed to be tires not the person, but it isn't stated very well.

I think I should get unbanned because I wasn't specifically shooting in the green zone, I was shooting at him running from the drug dealer going towards the kavala greenzone, and tried not to shooting anyone or damage any vehicle in the greenzone. When I saw him pass the side road just before drug dealer I completely sized shooting of any kind at him, I then went up to talk to him in direct to tell him what does he think he's doing going into the zone ( using // ), after trying to resolve it I had got banned by Ram. I also think I should be given another chance because this could have been some sort of miss-communication between myself and Ram as he didn't try talking to me about the situation ( I am not blaming this on Ram by the way ), and also the other guy part of the situation got away with no sort of warning by Ram, which I felt quiet unfair at the time.

I do admit I shot at his vehicle as soon as he left greenzone as I had re-engaged, which might had been seen shooting him in a greenzone because as soon as I did he had started driving backwards into the greenzone which he could have seen that as shooting in a greenzone, which is the reason I most likely got banned.

I don't see how you can have a "miscommunication" and blame it on the staff member. But, if we were to give you a final chance what assures us that you won't do anything else, obviously your permanent ban appeal mean nothing.

After reading this I can see how it looks like I blamed this all on Ram, but I had tried not to.

To me my permanent ban appeal meant something as I always tried to get out of guns fights and refrain from driving as I knew I would do something bad like get banned again for VDM, or RDM. To stop this I tried to rp more, but all people would do is walk off and things like that so I had got into the rebel side of Altis that I had wanted to stay away from but just moved into it knowing something bad was going to happen ( which sadly did ).

If I ever get banned again I will go ahead with a permanent ban without an appeal for ever, like you said my final chance would mean everything to me, but if something does happen just get rid of me as I wouldn't deserve to come back.

You have been here for a while, you should understand we have an ingame admin message system. If you would of used when the truck started to flee in the green zone this may have been prevented? 

I think you should have a re-read of the rules for your own reassurance. I'm willing to give you a chance, bare in mind any slip ups and it will be permanent.
