In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I got banned because i communicated with my team mate although i was restrained.

Why should we unban you.
Because i have been in this server for a long time and i love it here i have a lot's of friends and brothers here. And to be honest i could've just said that i haven't talked on comms and they wouldnt be able to prove it. But one thing i hate is lying and not owning up to your mistakes so that i did and apperantly truth doesn't gets you too far... I owned up to my mistake right away and admitted that i did it because simply i thought he gave my radio back but in his video clearly he said the opposite. And i can understand it i did a mistake it was unintentional but were humans after all don't we all do mistakes? If i get another chance i will make sure i will double check everything before i do.

Ali, want to explain this... I am very disappointed and heart broken in what I see here, especially from you and Appleby. 
I am also disgusted by how this video was sent directly to multiple CSI's causing Matt Petterosi to be removed from the Police when no attempt to resolve it with him was made from what I was told. No PCC report, just sent to a private message in the most dirty and underhanded way.

I see you guys forcing a CSO, someone who is new to the police to break rules.  7.1.1, 9.1.7, 9.1.8

Ali, there have been many instances where you were banned "unrightly" because it was "borderline" etc, etc...

If you put the full catalogue of incidents together, it doesn't paint a good image of your actions in this community. Had I been banned, even if I was innocent, or it was borderline, I'd make sure i never went down the same avenue again.

Being here 1 year or 2 years isn't a "get out of jail free" card.

Even suggesting this doesn't paint a good image, the fact you owned up works in your favor, using it as a defence isn't.....

To the specific incident, the guy showing up in an suv and firing to which you reply "there's your warning shot" was enough to prove the case.

So, why should you be unbanned?

It was late night and we were messing with them PC called him a stupid CSO or something so we wanted to show that rank doesnt matter. We didnt took him hostage or anything. And i didn't cared about what the PC did and i didn't sent the video or suggested anyone to send the video to CSI's. I didn't even know there was a video off this i didn't minded they tried what they tried at all. I hope this answers all your questions. 

You're right @Neo being in the community doesn't give a free get out of jail card and i have been in trouble many times. But because i have been hanging around with people i shouldn't like Scott and etc. I would never purposely broke a rule because i love the privilige to play in this community and i would hate to lose that. And why should i be unbanned? Because i have many friends here which i would like to play with and have a talk with. And since it was a misunderstanding i owned up to my mistake and took responsibility for it.  If i given a final chance i will make sure that i don't get into any trouble again. I don't know what else to say really i am really sorry for my behaviour in the incident and it shouldn't have happened.
