In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was mining some copper and had to go do something and therefore let my younger brother play for me for a bit. After I came back I found out he shot a guy in the mine. I know I should have just exited the game but I had rented a truck and didnt want to lose it. I am sorry for the guy that was killed as I was killed by bandits multiple times and am willing to make it up to him.
