hello my friend (gang member) multirage killed me and i dint know you are not able to respawn for a dumb reason like this in the same area i thougt the NLR is only if you died by a car accident or by a robbery or something like that and not by your own clan mates if its also for this you can get banned then im sorry and i really know the rules and this was not a RP situation
