In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
From the ban reason it clearly states threatning to report however to the best of my knowledge I cannot remember anything that happened over 13 months ago. I am not denying that I did this I just do not remember.

Why should we unban you ?
It has been over 13 months since my ban and I have just recently got back into ARMA III and I would like to revisit roleplay.co.uk's severs again due to its enhancing roleplaying experience. There are very few servers which meet my roleplay needs and this community ticks all the boxes. I want to revisit I am not here to cause havoc.

As of now I am up to speed on the rules for the community both in servers and on the forums. I will obey these rules and follow on as a person of good standing in this community.

The rule I broke was: (2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice.

"There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members."

As of now I fully understand this rule, however due to the best of my knowledge I do not remember the exact moment I broke this rule due to me being last on this server 13 months ago. This rule means that the player(s) are not allowed to threaten other player(s) by reporting them to a member of staff/forums. This is in place to ensure that players will not feel threatened and can cause aggression in the community as well as using it to blackmail that player to avoid ban. However if someone has broken a rule as it was witnessed the player(s) would communicate with the suspect(s) to come on TeamSpeak to resolve the issue and possibly furthermore to a member of staff on TeamSpeak.

Will this happen again? what will you do to prevent this? 

I have already read the rules as of today and this is by far my favorite community I have ever played on ARMA III in terms of the role-playing experience and I would not like to get removed from the community again.

So why did you not decide to read the rules before you started playing?

I have played on many role-playing servers on ARMA III and the vast majority if not all of them have the same rules. I brushed over them to check but nothing major. However this rule is probably the only rule that is not on any other servers ever. This was a very hidden rule to me. No this is not acceptable.

Thank you for attempting to answer every common question we ask, instead of reading what we usually ask, maybe you should have read the unban appeal process a bit more thoroughly. 

Why should we unban someone who can't follow a simple unban appeal process?

I feel like this way would massively speed up the process instead of deliberately dragging out these requests. This is a very unprofessional way of dealing with players.
