In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Me and 3 other of my friends was out just causin a little bit of mayhem in Altis city and then we came across a guy on a go-kart (WhoisDan) and we jumped out of our car and we said get out get out now, to which he didnt, so we then proceeded to shoot at his vehicle, the wheels. Unfortunately, some hit the player to which he then gave us no warning and jumped out of his car and said I am an admin you cant do that to me rar rar and he then gave us a warning each not to approach people like this to which we all said sorry, then however! 5 minutes after the situation we was driving of on our way to do whatever and only I recieved a ban, which quiet frankly I believe is bullshit, he said he would let us off this time and he banded me and I also find it funny that no one else got banded apart from myself. Wanker.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I think you should give me a final chance because I find this completely unfair and I wasn't given enough warning, I honestly got banned out of no where when it happened which I find ridiculous, the admin gave me the warning and we all said sorry various times it wont happen again we said and yet less than 5 minutes game time later he had banned me and none of the other people I was with, so therefore I think you should unban me most definitely.

Apologies for saying 'wanker' but honestly I think WhoIsDan is possibly the worst admin I have ever layed eyes on he didn't know what to say and his ban was completely unnecessary, if you do not wish to unban me that is ok, but show him this if it does not get approved. I think you need to take a look on who your making an admin.

Let's make one thing clear:

I would never put the suit on to avoid being robbed. I will not, however, waste my time trying to roleplay with a group like yours whom shot (and hit) me before giving me a chance to comply or anything, and I put the suit on to convey the message properly that you'd messed up. 

It started when I crashed my go-kart. They pulled up behind me, jumped off, BAM, shot me. Brought me down to 30% and then told me to get off. Almost RDM.

But I let that slide. It was VERY nearly RDM, but I thought, hey, give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they didn't mean to hit me etc etc. So I got off. Immidiately 'you've got 3 seconds to put your stuff on the ground.' I said 'whoa, what's going on?' at which point you shot me again, bringing me down to 2% health. So I tried to roleplay that I was injured, needed a hospital etc. Notice the word ROLEPLAY. Because this is a ROLEPLAY server. You said 'hurry up you faggot' and shot very close to me. Let's be honest, the reason you didn't shoot me was because you needed me alive so you could get my stuff. 

This was the point when I put the suit on. So far we'd had near RDM, abusive language and terrible rp as a whole. I wasn't willing to let you carry on like that, so I thought i'd show you who you were dealing with. I explained to you what was wrong and that you can't use language like that. I said I'm willing to let you off, so long as I don't see this again. Through my entire little monologue, you and your friends laughed. You began to leave when I was finished, and I heard one of you (although, in your defense, this one may not have been you) call me a 'retard.' I didn't feel you'd taken onboard anything I said, so I banned you. The only reason the others weren't banned was because, although their roleplay was pretty damn shocking, you were the worst, and your attitude towards me was very toxic. 

So, in conclusion, if me giving someone a chance, then they prove to me that they don't deserve it and banning them makes me 'possibly the worst admin you've ever laid eyes on,' so be it. I gave you the opportunity to improve, but you laughed in my face. I'm not going to let someone like that run around on the server, because I'm not going to let you ruin the experience of other people who put effort into roleplay. It's my duty as an admin to keep people who don't deserve to be here away, and that's what I did. I didn't want to be responsible for the next poor soul that came across you and had their session on the server ruined just because you wanted their stuff and couldn't be bothered to make an effort to roleplay.

I have read all of that and I understand why you feel it was like that, thank you for takin the time to reply, but honestly it wasn't all me like you could of at least private messaged me instead of just targeting me to ban and let the others slide? I will tell you nothing but the truth I shot 3 times, 2 hit your go kart and 1 hit you which probably took you to 30%, I was probably a bit strong on the words I said but the rules say basically you can use them in the right way, therefore sayin something like 'get out the car fa**ot' or such things may of been able to let it slide? I am incredibly sorry being banned has ruined Arma 3 completely, as you say you don't know for 100% it was me who drove off who said 'retard' that makes me feel like the ban wasn't 100% necessary, I can see where you're coming from but I'm just askin you to reconsider your decision I beg you to be honest, I atleast think its honestly unfair to ban me and only me.

As to the things I said about you being the 'worst admin I've ever seen' I apologise, of course from what I've wrote above you know I regret doing it, but you were just doing your job as an admin so I understand, but I don't think you carried it out as thulerly/accurate as you could of.

I hope you reconsider.

I'm not going to put up with people laughing in my face when I'm trying to help them improve as a player. I wouldn't change the way I handled the situation at all, in my opinion the ban you got was completely justified. I offered you the chance to go off and improve, but you took it as a joke. If you had taken my advice seriously, I wouldn't have ended up banning you. You made the choice to ignore my help.

I think I've said all I need to. Normally I wouldn't write so much on ban appeals, so apologies to whichever admin reviews this for my large post above, but I felt the need to defend myself from the insulting and, in my opinion, unfair comments made towards me.

EDIT: Just noticed a bit of a lie in your description of what happened. You say I jumped off and told you straight away that I'm an admin. As stated previously, I only made it clear that I was an admin when the abusive language began. If you're going to attack me in the way you have done here, at least give the whole story. I am done now.
