It was not RDM, A bounty hunter was arresting you and you disconnected back to lobby, i then issued a ban for combat logging.

Please can we think this or other guys sometimes are using google translator and can't figure out what combat log is? He clearly didn't see the rules but i expect at least point the player to the right section or to the rules.
