In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned initially for being apart of a gang that was blanket banned. So I thought I would appeal the ban on the forums I think the same day I was banned but I can't remember! Anyway When I made an appeal I was doing it from the Teamspeak that the banned members were using, and I'm being truthfully honest when I say this but I didn't know that the Teamspeak room was called that, The channel room name was being changed all the time, and while I was doing my unban it was changed numerous times. I apologise for this! - (Also I don't exactly know what date I was banned apologies!)

Why should we unban you ?
I have been a member of this community for over 3 years, I have never broken a rule and always in opinion been a nice fellow to talk to, if you choose to unban me I will be very grateful. I have barely touched my computer since I was banned and only truly found my PC fun when playing on this server! - Thank you, BlackJack

All the appeals we're getting from you bunch say the same thing "I was innocent, wrong place wrong time,  I didn't notice"

None of you want to take account for your stupid decisions, you affiliated with a group that ended up being a toxic bunch of children and you are just as bad as them.

I wasn't paying attention won't cut it.

Why didn't you walk away at the first opportunity? I wasn't anything to do with your group but even I saw this going south the minute Master Alex Jackson got the boot from the staff team.

@Jack1234 You have been here long enough now to know me and my team are not stupid, in-fact i would claim we are one of the best in the entire gaming community in keeping a community clean and enforcing rules, we do a better job than some very wealthy organisations.

You not only was in that room when they was signing up to this forum with accounts and posting some unpleasant things

but you remained in this room for several days afterwards, with names like "Not Blackjack" etc like it was some joke to you, however having our staff members abused, having our time wasted and people logging into our servers with disgusting names i am not agreeing with your "I am innocent" card one bit.

Why the hell should we take the time to unban you... btw i consider you 100% involved with this just by association, any other decent human being would of walked away from that room... infact they wouldn't of even joined it.

As for the name of the room, it was like that for weeks after when you was in it so cut the lying.

I understand how it looks and it does look bad, but I didn't sign up to the forums and post any unpleasant things! 

I don't know if you can check the logs but I never logged into the server or teamspeak or the forums with any malicious names or intent to do anything malicious! 

I'm a very chill laid back person that has been caught up in everything, yes my name is in the teamspeak room I didn't deny that, I can't remeber the room being that name for too long and I do apoloagise, to you, Vladic and anyone else it may have offended! 

All I can do is apolagise and tell you that it won't happen again if you choose to unban me, I'm not a malicious person honestly.

My 3 years on the server I've been clean, no bans, nothing, I just want you to know that I won't hurt this community. It's been apart of my life since I was 18.

No you didn't but you were in the room when your friends there was @Jack1234 and like i said by association.

There isn't any doubt in my mind that it wasn't discussed and spoke about in that room full of children who think there something in life that they are not (IRL gang members)

You also started using the name  BlackJack in arma 3... this is the childish little gang that went round RDMing so what was the reason for the change ?

It may have been mentioned and spoke about, but I really don't associate myself with doing malicious activities that may affect other people, I try and stay out of that kind of stuff, but yes I was probably in the room when it was spoken about, but I had no participation of the events that went down  

What gang was the name BlackJack used in? I'm pretty sure I started using it when in the Goose Cartel! 

And I don't remeber the Goose Cartel running around RDMING people if I remeber correctly!

Blackjack, Sorry missed that out above, All morrisons on the day changed the names using the tag and went on a RDM spree... on that same day you also changed your name to this.

So either you backed out or we got you just before you did!

Oh I got you no worries! 

I think they went on their spree at night, in which I was asleep! I went on the server earlier that day to leave the gang, I didn't  participate in anything that happened that day. I knew we were going to get a blanket ban, so I left the gang so I wouldn't have been caught up in all of this.

So why the tag [ I ] which they amended there names to just before the spree... if you was sleeping then why did you have time to put this in your name ? What prompted you to amend your name to that ?

I honestly can't remember, I don't remember putting that as my name or joining to the server as that name, but I can assure you that I was not apart of or will ever be apart of that kind of thing. Ever.

It was in-fact your name on the server @Jack1234, The ban had already happened but when you tried joining it kicked you as noted above in the screenshot.

This leads me to believe yes you was part of it, that weighed up with going in and staying in the TI rooms elsewhere labelled "vladic is a nibba" which you apparently didn't see

I think you are trying to bullshit me, and that never works.

I'm sorry I'm not trying to bullshit you in anyway, I can just not remember! 

I guess I did try and join with that tag as you have shown but I can assure you it was not to be malicious. 

All I can say it now that I have been apart of a gang that was extremely frowned upon and some of the members of that gang have done some very bad things to this community, but I, in no way contributed to any of what went on at the time. 

All I can do now is apologise for what I have done and hope you can give me a second chance!

I believe and I know others believe you were more involved than you are letting on, joining a room like that let alone speaking to people knowing at the time the type of comments and stuff they was posting here makes me think very poorly of you.

The fact you logged on with that name tells me you was trying to be a part of what was going on in some shape or form, You obviously was prompted to change your name to that.

We shouldn't need to and wont put up with this childish bollocks now and in the future and that is why people are finding it harder than ever to get unbanned when they act like teenagers trying to impress there friends or associate themselves with that sort of thing.

Now upon deciding if we should allow blanket banned members in especially when the situation was pretty serious we need to look if those returning will fit back into this community and if there likely to waste our time again.

This is when sick childish things go against you... like former steam names 

Although you have never been banned, I can see straight through you, you knew what was going on and you put your friends... that may i add you made on Roleplay UK before Roleplay UK... i fully expect your someone that uses the "snake" term.

For someone who is in his mid 20s... I really am struggling on this one, not sure you are worth the unban, I will come back to this once I have had a think

I fully respect your decision no matter what, totally agree what you have said and yes it was childish and I regret what I was apart of. 

And yes I knew all of them from Roleplay UK, and only a small few didn't participate With what happened but we're caught up in it all.

Also early 20s!! Still got some learning left in me yet
