I was banned because a donator accused me of RDM'ing wich in the video shown is pretty obvious, but the admins didnt take in consideration that there was a pretty big lag issue with the voice chat wich is also heard in the video.
Why should we unban you.
I should be unbanned because as seen in my last un-ban appeal wich can be seen here: http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/42072-un-ban-appeal-branco-houten-denied/#comment-246281 I gave a perfectly good reason to be unbanned. Now the thing is that it looks like the admin just doesn't care to read any of my responses and keeps giving me the same answer wich is: RDM'ing. I quote " I don't care what had happened before, shooting player who jumps out of a car with no words said is RDM." Now that would be true if we indeed didn't say anything, however as heard in the video (and I have pointed this out in 2 of my responses) my friend said "Go back" and "Don't get out of the car" but this was heard seconds later and some of it didnt fully came through at all, causing alot of misunderstanding. So like I said before it looks like the admin didn't read any of my responses and just wants to get rid of me, so with this un-ban appeal I hope he can reconsider his decision and take in mind that there was in fact a pretty huge lagg issue with the voice chat causing it to look like we didn't say anything at all in the video. Lastly I want to strengthen this argument with the fact that when you hear the person dieing in the video you hear seconds later my friend saying "put the gun down" wich would make no sense at all saying that after he died...
