I was banned for allegedly having low quality roleplay, which is untrue.

Why should we unban you ?
Me and a friend of mine had went AFK for not 5 minutes on the top of the rebel outpost. My friend had went to quickly answer the door, and as I have a new puppy, He urinated on my floor. When we came back we were in a helicopter, one which we did not get into. Me and ryan then got the parachutes out of the inventory and jumped out. It was not until we hit the ocean water that we realized we were restrained. We then died in the water. After the incident I was invited to talk on TS which I did, and they had assured me that the issue had been resolved. I gave them an apology and we all went on our way. I believe this is just a misunderstanding, but I would also like to point out in the report how the man who reported us acted like we were there, and just having poor quality roleplay, when in reality we were AFK all but 5 minutes. He also said that I had not read the rules, We have both read through the rules very throughly and understand them. I take pride in having rather good quality role play and am quite insulted at them saying the issue was resolved but still reporting me. I hope we can sort this out, regards, Caulin.

He also said in his report that I said I didnt know where the rules page is, that was a lie. I never said anything of the sort and have fully read the rules. I also watched the video and it shows only 2 minutes, however we were AFK at the rebel base for around 4 minutes, I believe he is trying to make it look like we just have poor RP and were not replying, when we were quite obviously AFK.

Since I am involved in this incident and this person felt the need to private message me about how he did not like me reporting him for rule breaking I thought I would make clear a few points. When you restraint glitched, I asked you to come to TS, you said "dude theres nothing to really discuss" and "im gonna tell you the same thing im telling you here". I then uploaded the video and went over it again. I checked your ban history and found another issue of restraint glitching. So I posted the report. I then went onto Teamspeak with my team, they told me what you had said, I explained how you has mislead them and you had been banned for this before. You knew 100% that if you had not gotten into that chopper by yourself, AFK or not, then you had been ziptied and thus would have to follow the restraint rules and use vehicle chat to speak to your captors. When I explained this to my team they agreed the report should go ahead, it is not like you did not know that you cannot exit a vehicle while restrained since on your unban appeal from last time you explain exactly what you did wrong. In my eyes if I am AFK and something happens that is 100% on me and I must face the consequences.

 
Alrighty then, see nooms, you are making it very hard for me to clearup your lies. It had not crossed my mind that the only reason I could have been in the vehicle was because I was in restraints, as my game has bugged out and put me in vehicles before hand. And you're leaving out how in the chat I said that I am going to tell you the same thing I am here, but I will redownload TS (mine was not opening for some reason) to speak with you and get the problem resolved. You do not need to bring up my ban history as that issue has also been resolved, I notice a trend with your group on how you like to tell people issues are over with and resolved, but then go make a deal out of it anyway. For any admin reading this, This man is continously lieing about the situation by saying I have not read the rules, and how I refused to join TS, And also how I have apparently mislead them. None of these things have happened, and this man nooms here seems to keep on leaving parts out of his story to make me look worse, even going as far as cutting the video to make it look that we were just roleplaying poorly and not AFK, which was 100% clear to them. If I was in the same situation as them, I would have just left instead of capturing two AFK players, or waited until we came back. However thats no longer the point, sorry for the inconvinence admins, I know you are all quite busy, Sincerely, Caulin.

 
You clearly cannot handle the rules of the server by committing the same offence again. I may have tagged the report Poor RP and this is all you seem worried about, I am more worried about the restraint glitching. Trying to dirty my name and the name of my group does nothing for your defence and I find it quite offensive that you do not like the fact we report rule breaking. I will leave this to admins to decide.

Oh and Please stop harassing me with abusive personal messages, use your common sense, it is not acceptable in game so it is not acceptable here. I want no more messages from you.

I am at liberty to message who I want on a public forum, and I didnt dirty your name, you dirtied mine. I am simply pointing out you and your groups lies. My first ban was legitimate and I made amends for that, and I was new to the game and server at that time, however this time it is nit my fault that you captured two clearly AFK players, told them the problem was resolved in TS, then went and filed a report full of lies and also cut the video shorter. I did not restraint glitch on purpose as I know that it is against the rules, there is nothing I can do about the fact that it happened, but please, dont hit me with "abusive personal messages" when you know fairly well that you are bold face lieing to me, and the admins. I did not break a rule on purpose, It was an honest mistake that we sorted out in teamspeak, thats what I thought anyway. I am still wondering why you even bothered to invite me to the teamspeak if you were going to report anyway. However, ill let the admins deal with this, the only reason im even commenting on this and filed my report is because you are filling you report with lies and cutting video just to get someone banned. I would also like to add that I am not dirtying your groups name or yours, im just telling the truth, something you seem to be unable to comprehend. Please stop taking things personally, I am just telling the story how it actually unfolded.

mate you can report all you want. I just hope the admins take priority over a liar who takes pleasure in getting people banned.

Its not a threat, its simply karma man. people like you eventually get what they deserve. 

 
This community relies on people to report players who break the rules. I take no pleasure in having to resort to a report, but clearly in this case I made the right decision.

 
Okay, im done replying to you. You like to lie on reports and get people banned for reason that were already discussed and sorted out. You are the kind of person that destroys the community and ruins experiances for others. You also say you dont take pleasure in getting people banned, but you have reported numerous people in quick succession. I dont know though, maybe you lied about them aswell.
