i think i was banned because someone was robbing me and then my internet (whole house) disappeared we had to call the company.

Why should we unban you ?
because I didn't do anything wrong and that if they would have properly sent me a private message i would have replayed and solved the situation.

Unfortunately for you, the video from the report a player proves you are lying to us. You clearly wait for 10 seconds to abort and soft-log to the spawn menu before simply disconnecting. No internet timing out message or anything.
