trying to move a car to gain access to cashpoint in kavala, person teleported infront of me, said green zone somthing then killed me, allowing local players to take my things

i was lock picking it so i could move it and access the ATM, car was blocking access and had been dumped to cause this issue if i was given chance to explain instead of a double tap to the head from admin i would have been able to explain there and then

 i would like to be un banned to i can continue gaming with my group, i have invested alot of time in this mod and this is my first incident with management wont happen again, sorry

Admin abuse was the link that came up when i tried to log into the server so i put that here, was that wrong?

Bit of both really, 

Im new to this kinda gaming so some dialogue with the admin instead of a shot to the skull would have been nice but I was also a bit of a diva after this and i spose calling the bloke an "idiot" was never gonna end in hugs and other good things.

 
Please explain the greenzone rules, and what you would do differently if there was a car blocking the way?
