1.6 Ban - "Spreading the phone number of a community member so he would get trolled constantly"

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I shared a Member of the community's phone number within my description on Teamspeak. And it was believed that I did this to intentionally get the individual trolled by others. However this was not the case, myself and two others were in Teamspeak including the person mentioned above. It was quite late around 1-2am and we were talking about contact numbers with regards to the NHS and WhatsApp... and then I mentioned "I don't have anything within my description, what should I put it as" at this point, I may have misunderstood and added the said personal contact number to my description. The said person was on his mobile phone version of Teamspeak and perhaps didn’t see my description when I mentioned it. Therefore I was under the impression of me having permission to do so. However, it came to my awareness he had not given the permission I assumed he had. This only became evident once I had been banned.
Myself I assumed we were talking about contact numbers after I mentioned my description was blank as this was the topic we were talking about at the time. I would never do anything like this to try and get someone trolled no matter this person as I get on with them really well.
I would not do anything like this intentionally and I am aware that the person this happened to is aware that I would not do anything like this intentionally against him as I consider him to be a friend and I hope he still does also. To be completely honest this is a whole miss-understand, Yes I did have it in my description as I thought I had permission to do so, however, I did not use it to troll at all and I would not do this to anyone.
Why should we unban you ?
Before this incident I had no idea that this type of thing would come under the following rule... "(2.7) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling, however, there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on Teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers in-game and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban or permanent ban depending on the severity). " . Also if I would have I would have never ever done it. I am really really sorry to the person in which I put their number in my description and I do deeply apologize as no one should have their information shared publicly. I know I should have used common sense when doing it but I was not thinking it was late and I just didn’t think into it at the time.
I Love being apart of this community and I do not want to lose that privilege. I have not been apart of any other Altis life communities before because to be completely honest there are none like this. By not being apart of this community I will not only lose the privilege of roleplaying here. I will also lose my friends that I have gained along my journey at roleplay.co.uk.
I have always tried to do my best within the community and always kept to the rules except for one time previous which was when I was new to the server. Since I was banned I have done nothing but apologise for my actions and try and explain the situation as it is not the way that it sounded "Trolling" as this was not the intention here it was just doing something for the sake of it as I did not know it would come under the 2.7 rule. I never intend to break the rules because as I have said I value being a member of this community and I would not want to put anything in jeopardy of that. My initial ban was the following... "(1.6) The Staff Team may ban any member from the servers and community at any time if they are considered disruptive to the community or we have a valid reason to believe they are here to cause issues. " I am not within the community to cause any issues and I do not want to be a disruption to the community and I do apologize to the staff and the community as a whole if this is how this has made people feel.
I cannot express enough how sorry I am for this, I would do anything to take back what I did if I would have known it was a rule break. I am truly sorry and cannot say it enough I have learned from this and I hope you can consider my apology. I know it will not take back what I did and nothing can do that as it is done however all I can do is apologize and ensure this will never happen again.
I was banned previously as I done silly things when I was new to the server and it was hard not being able to be apart of the community for 6 months. I do not want that to happen that's why I wouldn't have done this to intend for this to happen. I have gained so many memories here at RPUK and I do not want any of them to come to an end. There have been up times and down times but overall they have been here which has made it great.
Since I actually got to know the server a little while ago and know the rules etc, I knew this was the server for me because it is a server with high standards and I wanted to be one of those people who uphold that high roleplay and overall status. I feel like what I have done has not only let me down but has also let the community down because I am apart of it and I lacked that high standard, by breaking the trolling rule. However, as I have said it does not make it right but if I would have known it was a rule breaker then I would not have done it, however, I did not think at this time which is down to my own stupidity. I don't want to leave the community again because I belong here and I would do anything to prevent that. But I cannot say any more than I already have although I am very very sorry to everyone especially the individual involved, I cannot take what happened back all I can do is deeply apologize, I'm Sorry.
