In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Essentially, I RDM'd. However, the intent behind it was not so bad. Basically, I was robbing a couple of guys with my buddy and I told them to put their hands up, which they did. Then after telling them that if they try anything we'll shoot them, we knocked them out to rob them.

Here's the mistake. After the guy I was looking at came out of his knock out period his character was fumbling around as they do, for what ever reason I mistook this for him trying to pull some sort of weapon out as he was doing it for a good few seconds and I could hardly see anything in the darkness. Rather stupidly, I shot him. Thus, I RDM'd.

Why should we unban you ?
I'm not trying to argue that I was wrongfully banned or even make excuses in any way. I know that I RDM'd and deserve the correct punishment for that, however I am not sure how long my ban time is and I am told that it is permanent until this appeal is made.

So, I am simply asking that my ban time be set to what ever is appropriate for RDM.

The RDM rule refers to an attempt by a player to engage in combat against another player with no legitimate reason within serious role play guidelines.

The Fail RP rule refers to the lack in ability of a player to meet any of the serious role play guidelines.

We usually run with 3 HEMTT box trucks and a transport about six times an evening although we recently just started doing it more often to make the dough.

 
You claim you've done copper, but you don't even have a copper processing license.

And also your civilian level is only 13, and you started playing here on April 25th and amassed over 11 million, I'm sorry but this looks very suspicious to us, how can you process that much copper without a license, it would not be cost effective as you would have to pay every time you process.

What. My friends process it and we sell all of it, didn't you see from my previous posts? I was running with at least four guys and generally around 6.
