I think i was banned for stealing an emergency car when they need them and if i stole it they won't be able to get to people and save them like me who died because of some gang taking a NHS car

i did it as a joke and a bit of roleplay i was running from the police and crashed my car so see the ambulance and it was unlocked so jumped in it and took chase from the police again few miles down the road i crashed and get sent to prison for 12 months and yes i have read the rules but i never seen nothing on stealing ambulances
