I now have red the rules now so I shall be a careful civ and you have the only good server for UK players and I would hate to miss out

There were a few on New Year's day so unfortunately I don't remember the specific case. That being said, as the name does not stick out of my mind, I imagine it was one of several quite straight forward greenzone shootings. I didn't have the chance to speak to some at the time due to the madness of that evening. @JohnJoeegan

 
well it was a pretty hectic night and I was super salty and my friend wanted a gun so I went up to a random guy with my gun out and said "give me the gun and you wont die" he didn't give me the gun because I am not intimidating so since I was super salty I shot him in the head and boom I got banned

This is a roleplay server. If you want to kill someone you can, that is not a rulebreak. You need to understand the quality of roleplay that we expect here and how you should act in a difficult situation. You attempted to rob someone in a greenzone and when they didn't comply you shot them. All you have shown is a disregard for our rules.

Please quote the rules that you broke as if you can't explain any more than what you have done already, why should I consider unbanning you?

 
Denied, Lack of effort. Reopen an appeal when you can be bothered to respond to simple questions.
