In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Ok so it started with me being in a police chase with the police, I was in my tempest truck and had a bounty of 100k, so I wasn't going to stop. This leaded to a shoot-out with the two police officers that chased me, we exchanged gun fire, me killing one and the other killing me. This was all fine and part of the game. I respawned, as I am new to the server and the gamemode, I had no idea what would happen to my truck, so I headed to to kavala police station to ask for help. The first police officer to come up to me (not remix), I asked a question out of roleplay, I asked what happens after you kill a police officer to your vehicle. He then said that it would be impounded and would be in your garage, I was fine with this and started to leave when remix stopped me, restrained me, and proceeded to question me. I explained that out of roleplay I was asking for help. He then proceeded to "abuse his powers" locking me in a cage in the police station, and then speaking in text chat not voice so I missed, most of what he said. He told me that I was breaking role-play, even though I was about to leave and start my new life and I was sticking to role-play and staying quiet in the cage, I was then banned.
On a related note: Remix was not using a microphone, so I missed some of the things he said.
Why should we unban you.
I have been really enjoying the server. I love the role-play aspect. Me and my mates play on this daily, and now we can't and have moved onto another server (we prefer yours).
Ok so the reasons I was banned were: NLR, OOC, and VDM:
NLR: I do not feel I broke this rule, as I did not return to my truck or the scene of my death, which was near the truck shop in kavala. I may have broken role-play by asking for help, and I am sorry for this.
OOC- Ok yes I went out of character, this was only to ask for help, I was then going to return to character and play my new life. I am sorry if it was the wrong course of action to ask for help in this way.
VDM: This is untrue and a lie, I did not commit VDM at any point, and remix is lying here as he has also done in regards to the new life rule.
The reason I would like to be unbanned is that I feel I have been given unnecessary reasons for bans in an attempt to make me not appeal the ban. I love the server and would like to play it more, I feel that I have been very hard done by, and in terms of the VDM and NLR reasons, I am being lied about as I have not broken these rules. Thanks for your time. And I am sorry for going out of character, if I need help again I will use the forums.
