FIRSTLY: I'm not sure if I've already posted this, I posted it without logging into my account so not 100% sure if this went through so sorry if it was a duplicate!
The reason I was banned in plain and simple. I broke the rule of no advertising under the: (10) Advertising - Teamspeak/discord section
Before joining servers I always read the rules as I did with this one. However, when trying to communicate with my gang members we felt we needed more of a easier way to communicate rather than through the group channel. This is when one of my gang members posted a discord link in the messages. I went to this link and we was trying to get everyone in so I pasted it into the group channel. Little to my knowledge I was breaking rule 10 of advertising as I was not really thinking properly and thought it only really applied to the OOC channel which is global.
Why should we unban you ?
Now knowing the rule applies to all channels, I will now no longer break this rule and ensure I use the servers teamspeak for any communication that I need to do. I have re-read the rules to refresh my memory and am sure that I will no longer break the rules.
