In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
First of all, I have talked with Admin “TheSoldier” and he told me to post a new unban appeal. I’m so sorry for the misunderstandings and the problems I have made. It won’t ever happen again.

I broke the rules and did body glitch. I’m aware that it was wrong and against the rules(RULE 2D). And I admit that I saw the warning popping up when I was looting the dead body. It won’t happen again I promise that. The RDM that I’m also reported for, I didn’t know how I managed to kill him, we were in a house and he was showing me some aim tips and we were talking when suddenly he and my friend Capone died, however im fully aware of the RDM rules. I´m also fully aware of all the other rules and I will from now on follow them all without breaking them, I just need one last chance to do so. I hope that you Admins will consider my unban request and I hope that I can rejoin ALUK and the servers unique roleplay community.

Why should we unban you.
You Should unban me because I’m aware of what I did wrong and i know witch rules I broke. Everyone should have a second chance. I will take the roleplay serious and I will never break any rules again. I promise that with my hand on my heard.

Confirm player did speak with me on TS. It was determined that he wasn't aware of how forum mechanics work and that he could have edited his posts. He did not intend to bump threads. Also determined that English is not his primary language, and there was a little difficulty in that aspect. 

However I leave it in Brat/Crumble's hands, and I told him not to bump it and to be patient.

Now lets look at the ban for bodyglitching and read the rules... like the member as said they have done when submitted this.

2D) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)

So based off of that "(Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)" so unsure why an appeal has been made
