In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I kiled someone with a RIFLE to my head after I was knocked out while I heard someone say "do what ever you want to him".

Why should we unban you.
I have never heard of a restrain glitch, this is my first offense if it even is one, and I killed him because he had a rifle out not on his back or lowered it was pointed out at me and other people.

This is the notes on your ban:

[COLOR= rgb(0, 0, 0)]I was holding this man hostage and zip tied him. I warned this guy about his actions (not rule breaking just ingame actions) and when i zipped him i let a guy go to deal with him who he was abusing within RP. George Fries then restrain glitched him and killed him.[/COLOR]
