VDM and miscommunication on my behalf.

Why should we unban you ?
A truck came and rammed people and blew up a police car, from this the driver then ran off i then stole his truck (which he had stole) then as i drove off i was cut off and chased on foot by police then i stopped running and got cuffed and questioned by Ram i was then told i i had committed VDM, i tried to explain the reasoning behind why i could not talk as my mum was next to me telling me to come off, i was told to come on teamspeak but then i had to do some identity security thing and then my mum turned off my pc. When i came back on i was banned for no mic. i spoke to someone on teamspeak andwas sent here.
I really am sorry for any miscommunication and have had a very good read through the rules and if im unbanned will promise not to break them again. it was my first day on server and i really enjoyed it.

Seem's like their is a lot of coincidences that happened that resulted in this big misunderstanding. A little too convenient to be fair, which I don't believe. 

Be straight with me, are you lying? 

@Nalurah Do you have anything to add, since the note's have your name in them?

 
I followed a truck after I saw it ram into a black jeep. I asked the driver of the jeep if he thought he had done it on purpose. Driver said that he had been following the truck after it had hit numerous cars. This was close to the entrance to Kavala. In Kavala greenzone the truck had crashed into a group of cars and the driver jumped out. I apprehended him there.

If he had stolen the truck from the original driver within the 20 seconds I asked the jeep driver about him (which I deem unlikely) then he would have still stolen the truck in the greenzone or rammed it into cars there as the truck was broken down by the time I arrived there.

He did indeed start with the same story as he states here in the appeal but as you said as well Madmatt, I have a hard time believing that.

 
i did see it is hard to believe but i stole the truck which is wrong but i did not ram anything or crash i was cut off by and ambulance which i thought was for stealing so i ran.

What would i gain by lying im already banned and i swear i did not commit VDM 

And i was standing in town next to the shops when the truck rammed into everything
