I was driving around and I believe i ran Vlad over. Must have been a couple of times as i don't expect to get banned from it once.
Why should we unban you ?
I have been banned for a very long time now (over 1 year) and i never knew i could appeal to be unbanned. playing in other servers i have matured greatly into the Altis Life experience and play the game religiously. All my friends just got the game and only play in this server which i cant play in for obvious reasons. What i did was obviously wrong but I have learned from my mistake and this will never happen again - Yours sincerely - Tom
