In all honestly, when I checked to see he had reported me. I assumed that this was only a revenge ban and would be dealt with as the guy writing it gave about two sentences to explain what happened and his video just had him facing away nearly the hole time. If a bit more digging into this had been taking place and you would have copied me into the report. We could have avoided all this. (Which I didn’t comment on as I felt I could get in trouble for) This would have been dealt with in a fair and honest way.
Regarding what had happened through, the guy has missed out a good amount of key information. Which he has chosen to withhold as he knows that it would show that he was in the wrong for the report. For start his friend did not get his gun out, when he seen us before we ordered them both to put their hands on their heads. If you could listen to me in the video. You would hear me say don’t run behind the truck. Which he continued to run behind the truck. He then ran back out with a ACP.45 then then started to run directly at me with his gun raised. Not valuing his life. In my option I’d say they did this as they knew they couldn’t roleplay their way out of this and decided to just play stupid and bate me into shooting him. I mean for god’s sake in real life you wouldn’t run at someone with a weapon out. Look in the video see how my feet move you can see I was worried that he was going to shoot me, I didn’t just shoot him on the spot as they seem to calm it to be. Showing that I felt he was about to shoot me. I defended myself within Roleplay.
The thing that does fuck me off is the fact that his video doesn’t show anything. All it shows is his mate bleeding out on the floor. It is disappointing to see that a community as mature as this has an attitude of guilty till proven intersect approach to or weather or not someone gets a permeate ban. I just wish we could have spoken about this.
Something else you would want to see is how they deal with the situation. After the cameras stopped rolling. Me and all my mates kept up the roleplay the hole time while the other party just complained that we shouldn’t have shot him.
After the incident, he messaged me through the in-game phone and said come to TS a admin wants to talk to you. When I joined there was no admin in the channel. I would have still joined even if a admin wasn’t present. When I joined he demanded we give him compensation even through there was no reason for it to be given. He said that we shouldn’t have shoot his friend and claimed it was low quality RP. But, I would like to counter this by saying that his friend started running at me with his gun raised and I defended myself.
Why should we unban you ?
I’m not sure how to respond to this question apart from I am starting to take real care in our community and me and my friends was planing on creating a little post about how we think the server could do to make the roleplay even better as I do rather enjoy playing on it and want to avoid getting banned in the future. I have looked on the rule page and could not find the exact rule I was banned for. However poor RP I would consider say robbing someone but once there tied up not saying a word to them. However, I do rather enjoy roleplay and will never avoid it. I take prided in acting in game and do take great offense when people label me as a bad role-player.
