Right ill be up and honest here, i was banned because basically i was a complete idiot. I jumped straight into this server without reading the rules and without and regard for my actions. This i admit, To be even more honest i was so sure that since the MM (Marmite Miners) Were a Rebel Gang i could attack there base without any consequence and unfortunately i was very wrong. However being banned from this server going almost 5+ months i presume i have had more than enough time to think about my actions, i have Proof-read the rules countless times and i now fully understand them. And will assure it will never happen again. After playing other altis life servers i have now 100% understood the basic rules of atlis life servers and i now also understand this servers rules.

Why should we unban you.
I have had a Long time away to think about my actions. Which i now regret, and i also have read the rules countless times so none will be broken Ever! again, if they do feel free to ban me permanently without any sort of appeal. I can assure you i am now an experienced altislife player, Who would do anything to rejoin this great community at the time of my ban i was inexperienced which caused me to make this mistake and i had a lack of knowledge about the rules. But now i 100% promise i understand them now and that it will never happen again.

Frankly because I was only new to arma and the server overall so I just wanted to jump right into playing however I understand that this was a mistake I apologise for this and if unbanned I addure you I have read the rules

I broke the RDM Rule which means random death match and is where you kill someone without the intention of roleplay or without any initation.

An example of this situation.

Im driving towards copper proccessing when I see a highly geared guy in agios, upon seeing him I believe he may be carrying a large quantity of cash. However I realise that attempting to rob someone of this high of a threat is a tremendous risk to me life so I park far down the road and just shoot him dead.

That was an example of the RDM rule which I assure you I will nevwr break again I have read the rules countless times and im determined to make a second chance my last chance and I can also promise that I wont be reported again as I now understand the rules also I will make sure if I rob someone I will give them a valid time to react once initiate on said person. I hope this explanation was good enough to receive an unban thank you.

If unbanned I can assure you I will follow the rules of this server.

Also I believe the base RDM was another rule I broke Id I wanted to attack the base id have to go up to rhe entrance and start a base attack once they agree.

You say you were banned by Neo for RDM in the Marmite Miner base. I do not understand how you could have put that out here, maybe you were confused with the ban reason on one of your other accounts?

You were banned, by me, for RDM on the 7th of March, this year. The notes say:

'' RDM, saying to log in on different accounts ''

I do not entirely remember where or who you RDM'd, but I certainly remember your cheeky comments when I was explaining why you were banned, you saying '' I have more accounts you can't ban them all''.

Now, you say you got banned for something entirely different, feeding the suspicion of you having multiple accounts. I then checked your gangmates. Three of them stick out.

''Mr. VDM'' banned for: Second account of a banned player

'' [HSWB] [Leader] Alex '' Banned for: evading ban using this account

Then there is another guy in the gang who got banned for RDM and combatlogging

All in all, I think you have a LOT of explaining left to do before we let you back on the server.

At this point, I am also calling in management so they can do their investigation thing and find out if you indeed have multiple accounts or have used those in the past. @Neo

Safe to say, if we discover any of this second account stuff is related to you, you are NOT going to be back on our servers anytime soon. We do not like liars.

Update:

New investigation has shown the ban reason was indeed ''RDM in MM Base''. This must have been the ban reason from back in the day.

However, during the day you were given the note on the statspage by me, 7th of March, BEC was down and it allowed banned players to join. I guess you then joined to have a RDM spree on a server you were already banned from. It won't show that login through the statspage, but you cannot fool the system. When you were ingame, I used the ingame button to go to your statspage. That system does not lie. That means you got on the servers, knowing you were banned, just to cause a mess. And now you ask us to unban you?

I am not comfortable with this at all, not in the slightest way. I do not feel anything you can bring in as explanation will be sufficient for you to be let back.

I am therefore making the call to deny this request and to let you remained banned, permenently. You can try and appeal this in six months time, if you have changed. This is a courtesy we allow everyone, but I'll put it out there right now: I do not think you should ever be let back. You have shown disregard and contempt for our community by your actions, the people you hang out with show a poor choice of friends and all in all, you are just a big risk and I like to exclude risks.
