In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So we were with 6 people close to the oil refinery/Facotry place on the crossroad with spike strips placed down. We saw a police car coming down and we got kind of hyped around it and we really wanted to rob the police car, The police car saw our spike strips tho (I think because they drove with a U-Turn around it) but when they returned from their U-Turn my friend jumped out the bush and said '' Hello Hello put your hands behind your back please we have multiple people around'' Then1 officer just started to run to the other side of the road while my friend was yelling ''Dont run Dont Run or you will be shot'' while he was saying that I shot, yes. I guess I was indeed in the wrong there. I can say all of this because I recorded it, Watching back at the recording I find it stupid of myself that I shot straight away and that I made a big mistake there. I panic and I'm really sorry for that. I shot at the officer a few times with my bad aim and then my gang friends also started to start shooting (If anyone here is to blame its me for shooting first and not my friends, My friends thought it was OK to shoot after I shot so I take full responsibility for that). We killed all of the police people and after that a few of us got banned for RDM.

Why should we unban you ?
I've been perm banned before yes, And I'm sure that will still get me trouble while making this unban appeal but I still really want to get unbanned, Reason being? I really love the server, I'll keep on making appeals for everything that happening to me because I want to keep playing. In this situation I think its my fault mostly for starting to shoot. I just really love to play on the server and I'll make sure to keep playing whenever I can. I think you should mainly unban me because I know I've done something wrong but when you tell people to put their hands in the air and they start to run away you panic (Well, I did atleast...) and thats why I took the shots. I keep on watching the video and I see what I did wrong but at the same time my friend did tell them to put their hands in the air and I think its also a bit of a misunderstanding here. I'm fine with paying any comp request for the police officers that died (Even for the ones that I dint kill there) I really just love roleplaying on this server because I think its a really good roleplaying server and I'm having alot of fun on it and I'm sure other people enjoyed my roleplay aswell and some people hate me I guess because I robbed them hehe.

Rule I broke: I always see this coming back at other unban appeals so I decided to just edit this and explain which rule I broke.
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

-Which means you need to engage someone with a good roleplay and that you need to give them time and not shoot at them straight away. It is a roleplaying server so you should really be able to make a interesting scenario where everyone will have fun.  It means that you can't just shoot random people on sight without roleplaying at all/Engaging.

You think after your 3rd ban and a permaban you would know the rules yet you make it seem like you have not learned at all.
Why do you possibly think we need the put more energy into you understanding the rules.

I dont think you need to put any more energy into me because I know all the rules I guess, This was just a situation where we said to put their hands in the air and I shot too early. I clearly understand what I did wrong and I know if I get 1 more chance I can prove that you dont need to put any more energy into me and that I'll be fine on my own. Feel free to test me whenever if you like but I know of myself that I understand all the rules out of my head. If you do want to spend energy into me I know I can create even better RP situations and not mess up again like I did about 4 times. I know that the RP situations I do create sometimes that people enjoy those situations and I can sometimes make them happy, Thats why I also think you should invest energy into making me a better player that is worthy of being in this community.

Unbanned.

This was said to you on your last appeal. We gave you the benefit of the doubt there and Unbanned you. You was banned for Poor RP there, and now you are banned again for not giving out enough RP. For someone who has been banned multiple times and was so desperate to be unbanned previous times, this rule that you have broken is one of those I really don't expect you breaking.

Therefore, as much as I appreciate the amount of effort you have put into your appeal and your desire to be Unbanned, You have broken multiple rules and been given to many chances.
