In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned by the said member of staff for RDM, because i failed to dec, because he "you cant declare from a vehicle in the rules" which i havent seen in the rules section, he also proceeded to tell me immediatly after i said "if you get in the vehicle and drive off you will be fired upon" that i had opened fire on the vehicle which i hadnt we had to stop at diamond factory i yelled the warning the guy jumped in the truck and proceded to drive out of the gates which is when i opened fire (was atleast 3-5 Seconds Minimum) i also didnt shoot at the vehicle but used tracer shots to warn the driver i mean to back up my statement, not once did i fire at or a bullet hit the targets truck. RDM Rule as quoted that im supposed to have broken,

Section 2 (RDM) (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Why should we unban you ?
I have over 2000 hours in arma (not that it counts for anything) ive played on life server for a very long time and have a lot of friends on here and this is where we come to have fun.
I believe i have been unfairly banned as the admin was quoting rules that arent even availible to read, the admin was also telling me the previous servers i have played on have been low quality and that he has looked at my history which leads me to him being prejeduice and not impartial as he should be. Hmm... No. Not the attitude that is wanted here at all even more so after looking at the video you've decided to link to try and make out said staff member to be the bad guy in the roughly 20-minute long conversation you both had. This is for you to appeal and show us you've learned from your mistake, not for you to make a complaint against any staff member as if you wish to make a complaint about any staff member then you go to a staff lead, not on an appeal.

Considering King took an extended period of time to talk and explain to you the issues you are arrogant towards him and keep on trying to play the "Ruleplaying" card which funnily enough does not work here, this is a ROLE-play server not a RULE-play server so if you wish to play on servers and hide behind rules and loopholes then you may proceed to do so elsewhere from here. Staff took you aside and informed you to try and help you and point out that it does actually say we are not going to write down every rule under the sun as that opens up the whole ruleplaying aspect to people like you who would love more than anything to use them to your advantage.

Either way not going to waste further time on you, once you have decided you have matured enough to actually take a proper full read through the rules and get your head out of the rule-gutters then you may appeal again but for now there will be a restriction of a week before you may attempt to appeal again, do not attempt to contact staff during this time about your ban/appeal or the period will be extended unless there is an absolute life or death situation that requires you to talk to a member of staff about.
