Because when i was hit by a car i said "i'm going to report you mate" as in I was going to report you to the police. This is a misunderstanding and I can see how it could be viewed as Fail RP at the time.
Why should we unban you ?
It was a definite misunderstanding, i am very aware of the rules and know that you must use // to talk out of rp and how faling RP is a ban able offence.
