My friend killed a guy and then i executed him without roleplay.

Why should we unban you ?
I have played altis for a while and i have been on different servers, the rules are often the same over servers but executing with rp was a new one for me. The situation was very stressfull because the police came just as i was shooting him. As you can see i the video my friend got killed during the fight so i was angry at him. As a conclusion I did wrong in executing him the situation did not requaire me to do it but i was very stress and just wanted to get out of there.
