I initiated on a guy with a Huron which had just landed at the uranium trader. He got out of the heli, and i clearly said to which he heard, 'Don't jump in the chopper or you will be shot' - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2So_ASFTv4Y
The initiation was heard, however it was said that i did not give enough time, though he was not intent on following orders, shown by his B-line towards his heli to fly away. Shots were only fired when he was visibly in control of the heli.
The ban was mainly due to lack of time.
Why should we unban you ?
On my previous appeal i said i should've been more cautious. This wasn't fully taken into effect, and could be followed more precisely to avoid be being banned. If i was to be unbanned, i would consider not shooting much more often, and act upon it often, as suggested by a response in my last appeal. I have taken some time away from the community, not joining the teamspeak or checking the site or anything for 3months, infact not even playing arma for that long also. I believe a fresh start is acquriable, and i would do my best to replace the old me, as a positive member in the community.
I have good and bad days ingame, however if i feel some toxicity beggining to build, i will simply log off and not convey the emotion in game to avoid me slipping up once more. This is the origin of all of the things i have done.
