So we was in a gun fight with cops as usual, UNMC vs Police. at around 8:30pm last night i was hit with a rubber bullet and restrained by an Officer "Pupps" who gave me the best RP all night even after being downed. i was in handcuffs for around 30 mins before he was shot dead and my handcuffs fell off "glitch" i obvsly followed the rules and placed my hands above my head whilst being shot by other officers thinking i was not in restraints. another 10-20 minutes past before a hunter arrived to take me away to NPAS. Minimal RP was given throughout my Journey. Once arrived No RP was given to pull me out of the Hunter and then i was slapped into a line with other UNMC soldiers who was already here for 40 mins prior my arrest. Once we was all settled in and the hunter left several more cops died and i was unrestrained again, i repeated to the cops oh i think my cuffs fell off, no one even noticed and i put my hands up and down then did a little lap round them and walked back to where i was complying and telling them im unrestrained before no RP was given before i was tazed. 9:30pm we was here for over an hour now. everyone was getting very bored and we constantly tried RPing with the cops asking for a phone call, a walk around even bathroom breaks wich we're all denied. around 9:45pm i intentionally unrestrained a fellow UNMC soldier as he had been longer stood here then me, i knew i shouldn't of done it and i even told him not to run just make a lap round then come back. (Rp reasons to get some leg run) the officers didnt find this RP fun and chased him as he decided to run out of NPAS and then get tazed. after returning him to us a helicopter arrived and vanished no pickup here. a hunter even returned with a dead officer still no pick up. its now 10m almost an hour or 2 still in handcuffs and many time wasted with minimal RP. Eventually a good officer friend of us arrived in a prowler and drove all of us to the Prison. At this time we arrived at the prison and it went like this. "we havent had our rights read to us or anything", Reply:"you do not have to .....(couldn't understand due to cars/helicopters bye". we asked multiple times screaming can u repeat cause we couldn't here before getting sent 30mins! into prison. so after all this from 8pm to almost 11pm being in restraints given little to no RP and then being slung into a cell where nothing happens.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe i should be unbanned due to i know what i have done wrong, i am truly sorry for making the mistake i have done, i have been punished already by my higher ups and demoted on the spot, i also wish to return to medical duties to improve my RP and become tier 3 taru trained in NHS, i also want to say sorry for the exploit of handcuffs and i am willing to take further punishment from the UNMC if seen fit.

Okay as this happened over a period of allegedly 3 hours we'll break this down into a timeline, as you seem to be offsetting what happened to you against the police's roleplay or lack thereof, as quoted in your summary

so after all this from 8pm to almost 11pm being in restraints given little to no RP and then being slung into a cell where nothing happens.

Okay, well I have news for you buddy. I have a video as part of your ban, you were rubbered and restrained by Pupps during this video at 1h24m52s. You confirmed in prison at 2h8m28s. Now it's been a few years since I've done Maths at school, but please correct me via PM if I'm wrong but that's 43m36s (Calculated proof). Now when we factor into this that you were definitely being RP'd with at NPAS from 1h45m56s and it seemed the officers present were talking to you before Matt got there, and from that point until you were placed in prison officers were interacting with at least one of the members of the UNMC present at NPAS, covering until 2h8m28s, a grand total of 22m32s. (Calculated proof) In addition to this that you claim that '"Officer "Pupps" who gave me the best RP all night even after being downed.' so I refute you claim that was originally quoted at the top of my response. 

With all that being said, it was during this time you unrestrained a member of the UNMC whilst restrained yourself by abusing a bug that a developer (DJ) had made explicitly clear to the UNMC that you were not to exploit. These instances found at 1h55m02s and 1h58m50s as well as your own admission to running around NPAS when your own restraints had dropped haven't shown me a side of your character I am impressed with. The fact you have attempted to justify your own rulebreaks against time wasted (That has been proven to be untrue, 44 minutes does not equal 3 hours) and minimal roleplay (I'd argue is also untrue, over half the time you were detained you were being RP'd with) is frankly farcical, this however is the icing on the cake for me. Despite you claiming minimal roleplay here among other things, you have really shot yourself in the foot by attempting to mislead the staff member who had the pleasure to deal with this.
