I will post just to clarify what happened.

Nosupress-Wleed sent members of LCN money only a small amount, so they passed it to me as they did not know who or why and with the recent hackers I passed it to @Neo.

When looking at your account you had bought vehicles sent people money yet never lossed anything.

I believe Neo banned you as a precautionary measure in case you was hacking, but seems more like money duping.
