This is a large problem. The reason we are in this dispute a ban today is because we had an argument in teamspeak and I called him a Twat. Which means obnoxious.

Why should we unban you.
I don't honestly know why I am banned in the first place. This dude who complained about me lies and says I vdmed him with no proof then says I called him bent. Which I did not. I said he was "bent out of shape" in side chat. Which means he is angry. We had an argument, we don't see eye to eye, and because he has a video of me arguing that is cut sort and edited, I am banned? We don't need to be dealing with this. We already sorted out with the admin what Bent out of shape means in America.

Can I have someone else take care of this? I don't think the guy who banned me is appropriate. He banned me without any evidence. I went to Wilco with my concern about an admin banning people out of procedure and then Wilco said I was wasting his time and banned me for a week. :( Please be nice to me.

 
Ok, why did you get involved with something you had no business being involved with? You are not a staff member, front line team, etc... He was trying to resolve a situation with a VDMer?

Also I would like to point out.

We can issue bans if we feel there is a reason to issue a ban without going through the report a player section.

All I said was that the hobo was drunk and he should not be so upset. Then I said that TC kid (forgot his name) was bent out of shape. Again in america and in context means he is angry. He was all angry about it in sidechat, and sidechat is not for arguing. Sidechat is for everyone, so I have just as much right to comment on the matter as anyone else. Then this TC kid asked me on teamspeak and curses me out in our teamspeak room, then comes back to frame me and I argued with him.

I see you cited 1.6, however this is really unfair. Sure this is your excuse for banning me falsely. But now my good name is soiled, the damage is done, and I am sure people don't like me now. I bet Wilco thinks I am a bad guy. All because some kid wanted to get me banned. Ask yourself who is the real trouble maker here.

And I gotta be honest, I am pretty upset about the whole thing, I am driving my quad and all the sudden in front of 120 people it says "I am banned for homophobia." That's a pretty big claim to whined up being false. I think someone owes me an apology. I sit out for over 2 weeks on the sidelines. Wilco treated me like I was some criminal. I wont press an apology, but I feel this was blown way out of proportion. You know? Who wants to deal with this. Some person wants to get someone banned and goes to any length to lie and twist words, honestly that young person should be the one in trouble for wasting everyone time and slandering my good name.
