13C) The Police will always send in a unarmed negotiator in a marked police car who will drive up to the entrance and make himself known. This is part of the treasury robbery process. You can either start roleplay with the negotiator, or decline negotiations by asking him to leave. You cannot kill him - he must leave, and if killed it is bannable. You also may not kidnap the negotiator.

In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned because during a fed robbery we were negotiating, I then was a officer sneaking up then the officer opened the door, I was trapped in the corner so the only way of killing the other officer was to shoot through the negotiator and into the officer, I didn't not realized at the time this was against the rules and had only discovered this when my ban was done.
Why should we unban you.
I would like to be unbanned because what I had done was by and accident, also this was done a very long time ago and I have wished to come back on your server for the high quality RP in a altis life setting which I cannot get anywhere else. I would really like to be unbanned because I used to love the RP a lot of your server and I believe I have matured a lot since then and I am more careful with everything I did so I would be extremely unlikely to break a rule again, if you give me a second chance I will promise to be on my best behavior and I will not break a rule again and I have thoroughly read through the rules again.
