False accusations of RDM and apparently calling someone a retard

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me and three friends decided that we would steal a diamond truck for the sake of financial gain. We travel to the diamond processing facility where we found a box truck parked up. We came around the corner and saw a three men, one of which had his pistol out(on safe) . We kindly asked the man to holster his pistol, as well as the two other men we presumed where in his group done as well. We also asked the two other men to stop approaching us. One of the men walked beside me and pulled out is pistol and put it in the ready position, although I did not know this as I was focused on the other man that originally had the pistol out. At the same time as the person next to me pulled the gun out, noodle then decided to put his gun in the ready position, therefore I thought they were deciding to plan an attack. So under the command of our squad leader we decided to fire upon the men, therefore terminating their squad in it's intirity.
Why should we unban you
I believed that there was reasonable amount threat to the lives of our squad members to the point we had to neutralise the threat. We also had command from a squad leader to attack. I also feel that after re-reading the rules and further advice off of a veteran player of the server I know understand that the rules of engagement are more intricate than what was utilizedduring the contact at the diamond factory.
