because i read the rules and this will never hapend again. I played on the other servers but its not the same

You've put in a un-ban appeal with little to no effort. You then dont reply to the first reply you got, so we had to warn you about timeout. You then respond with "whats up", not even caring about reading the responses..? 

You clearly dont care. Come back and make a new appeal when you actually want to return.
