In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i shot a guy down, and he didn't feel like there was any initiation. Afterwards he wanted to talk about it, and i told him that we could talk about on ts but i wasn't much for it since we were sittin on discord and we were all agreement that there was proper initiation, and he simple didn't want to comply.

Why should we unban you ?
It was maybe a mistake too shoot him that i can admit, but he didn't comply to any roleplay. We were playing with 2 new members and wanted to test them out in the field with roleplay and so on. We drove up saw the crash and saw there was police vehicles and people there, we told them to aqcuire the vehicles and rob any persons nearby. They proceeded and told Noah to get on the ground multiple times so they could get the police car, he then yells shut the fuck up and drives off and the lads start firing at his wheels. We tell 'em to stop firing and try and get some of the other vehicles and see if there is anything on the ground, he then drives back and the boys Jamz and Joakim again tries to get him out, he gets out but still doesn't comply in any roleplay, he does in no way value his life by running around and yelling shut up and fuck off. They finally get him to stop but then Joakim says in discord he don't know how to get his gun out, i tell him ctrl -h multiple times but he can't figure it out, he then says he is pulling out a gun, and i ask him if he is sure. He says yes and since we were standing on the other side of the road we fire a single bullet at him that then kills him. In no way was that roleplay, we tried to do roleplay and he didn't wanna contribute in that. Other than that our member Jamz got banned for racism and he has been discharged from our unit. I honestly don't understand how this in anyway can be considered as RDM, when he doesn't do any RP what so ever. Thank you

Whoa, hold up, you're questioning the ban and suggesting that stating 'Get on the ground' is high quality roleplay?

If that is the case, please read the rules, specifically the rule for which you were banned and answer the above question carefully.

Yes i am questioning the ban, if i didn't question it? I wouldn't have written a ban appeal, then i would know that i truly deserved the punishment. I do not state that it was in anyway high quality roleplay, but i do state that our lads tried to engage roleplay with the "victim" but he did contribute or respond in any roleplay fashion. He had plenty of time to do as the robbers advised him too, and plenty of chances to engage into the roleplay, the only reason shot him was because one of our "newbie" members were saying he couldn't get his gun out, and the "victim" was gettin his out. I don't know if it was a bug or some animation when exiting a vehicle. Thank you
