In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for breaking two essential rules on this server. What happened exactly was that I was trying to rob some people with some gang members, my first mistake was coordinating the robbery right next to the victim on the radio without hotmicing it in game, this mistake refers back to the following rule:
rule (3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.
Also the second mistake that I have done which took away all the hope of not being banned is giving tactical information after I was shot down, so what happened was I got shot down by the person from behind and I started giving info on his location on teamspeak, due to this action I broke the following rule:
(5.4) When you are revived/downed:
While you are downed you may not divulge tactical information to anyone. The exception to this is information spoken in direct chat in game. Please be mindful that you are heavily injured and should act accordingly.
Why should we unban you ?
I have been on this server since the 21st of February, and since that day I've been having an enormous amount of fun by Roleplaying with people and doing a lot of runs to make money. For many days (including school days) I would play from 4pm till 2am because I couldn't get my eyes off of the screen because I would have fun with my gang members and friends from real life. Through all of that time I would see a ban as something that would happen to someone who mass RDMs or breaks roleplay for random reasons because I never imagined myself being banned at all because I have been sticking to the rules all the time and I had never broken any of them (till this period of time). Why I broke these rules isn't because I wanted to be targeted by the admins nor get banned, it was because I failed to have control over myself and stay calm, and unfortunately this action of mine had led me to the thing that I had never imagined would happen to me. Now because I'm banned, I will give valid reasons for why I should return to the server:
1. I have been a long time member on this server, and I have never wanted to ruin the experiences of others as well as my experience, and I have always aimed for making this server a better place because I don't count the people on the server as friends, but as family.
2. As I have promised TikTak before, I will also promise the whole admin team and the community on this server that I will never break rules again no matter the cost, i will always stay on the line and i will always keep my self updated with the rule book(i will read it all now), as every now and then admins are creating new rules on the server which some people aren't aware of.
3. I will avoid hostile situations as much as i can (For example: gunifights and hostage situations) because these things are the main reason for why people on this server are getting banned a lot (I am one of them of course), and i will focus much more on RP and getting to know more people outside my gang.
4. I will be fully ready if any admin wants me to take a specific action or make me return under certain circumstances (such as joining a whitelisted faction like the UNMC, Police and NHS).
Now i have explained myself and had admitted my mistakes, the rest is for the staff team to decide, but i assure all of the staff members that i will be a changed person when i come back and that i will make sure not to break any rule no matter how big or small.
