Me and my friends got banned because we "combat logged"
Why should we unban you ?
Listen, me and my friend found this server for maybe a week ago. We tought that this server would be fun to make yt vids at.. so this server was new to us. My friend "tor" did not know that VDM= ban, so he got banned and we contacted TS: ts.altislife.co.uk. And we asked them alot of questions we did not know. And I heard that if you wait this 10 secound and abort, its not combat logging, only if you Alt-F4. But now when I contacted ts the "supporter/admin (idk)" said that if you abort or alt-F4 WHILE in combat, its combatlogging. Me and my friend did not know that, we only knew that if you alt-f4 you "combat logg". The guy who reported us: GraphicMarble ( http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/57656-report-a-player-tor-rr-juan-cena-brian-bateman-other/#comment-331081 ) It said that: You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting, and he said: Yes.
We did never talk, he never wrote anything in sidechat about that we needed to join ts, I am not lying. I am so sorry for our combat logging but we never knew that if we "abort and wait these 10 sec" we would have got a ban. I am so sorry and we did never break any other rules. Please give us another change please. We have only been playing this server for almost a week and now we know the rules better then then. Please, please give us another chance
