Think it is due to the fact I killed crumbles as he had his gun point blank at my mates faces.

Well basically as the video shows crumbles turning up to a gas station robbery and doesn't say anything till he runs up to my mate. He just runs up right to my mates face and tell him he is under arrest. So I shot him. As I was aware at the time the police are not spose to just run it and try and arrest you straight away. "14c Police will come at speaking distance from the building and initiate role-play. This is your chance to role play back or advise that you have no demands. This will end the role play and combat may start." As I said in my last ban appeal you could argue the fact the speaking distance is point blank but this would not make role-play sense as this is putting your life in danger. Also as I said in the last ban appeal this is a Roleplay server where we imitate real life situation or close to them as we can. This also mean what crumbles did badRP due to the fact that you would do this in real life without knowing if hat guy has anyone around the area. As soon as these police arrive they charge the building and as rule 14c state you are spose to have some form of roleplay. Crumbles ignored that.

Also I would like to state that my last ban appeal was dealt with by crumbles. But as I killed crumbles and he ban me straight after I killed him I do not believe that to be fair. Due to how human work. They do not want to admit there judgement is wrong even thou it could be. Admitabllity this situation could of gone better from both party and would of been better resolve if crumble came and spoke to me when I requested him to. Other than try and hide form the problem. It leads me to think that he knew what he did was a little bit wrong and due to that fact of how quickly he denied me maybe he wanted to get rid of me quick. I am not saying this is what was meant from his action it just how it made me feel. little bit upsetting really.

I would like to ask is that crumble is not to deal with the appeal as he could have a OOC problem due to the fact I killed him. Not saying he does but due to that fact I killed him it is a possibility.

So I reply to the message he posted professorial. Breaking down each one of his points and reapeting the quote video speaks for it self. He then didnt like that and denies the appeal.:

This is a perma-ban. This is the only time I have been ban. This seem a bit harsh.


Why should we unban you.
Didn't break any rules. Shown the video to some player on the server they also couldn't give me a reason why I was banned.

As I said I did come to the service station and initiate roleplay. Your last appeal was denied due to your attitude - Yet it continues.

You were banned for a legitimate reason by an admin and your whole post is nothing but dissecting how he is wrong instead of making an attempt to come to terms on your violation, and why we should unban you for your violation.

Try again in a few days when you learn to be humble and maybe we will consider it.
