In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was robbing a bank with a friend, and about 2 minutes into the robbery a police car arrived on the scene and two officers got out, with one running up to hide behind our vehicle, and the other staying behind theirs, both of them being able to see my friend inside the bank. I had been waiting for them to arrive in a shed close to the bank, with the intention of being able to have a second angle to engage them from where they would not expect me to be hiding. Once they had arrived, I interpreted the officer running to our vehicle as intending to impound it, rather than use it as cover as it was a relatively poor position, and as such moved to a position where I could engage him before he could do so. I opened fire on him, but was gunned down by the second officer before I was able to kill him, presumably due to dysync as I saw atleast four impacts, with two being on his head.
Why should we unban you ?
The entire situation came down to a misinterpretation of what the officer was intending to do regarding our vehicle, which was our only method of escape in the event of a successful robbery. This was only the second or third time I had played on the server, and the first time me and my friend had been involved with illegal activity,, and as such our first encounter with officers on this server. My only prior experience playing life and interacting with officers as a civilian was back on Arma 2, on servers such as TL:R and BB, where I would fully expect an officer to impound vehicles during a robbery and to open fire on robbers with little to no interaction, which I daresay influenced my decision to engage the officer to prevent him from doing so, as that is what I perceived him to intend to do. I am new to the server and fully intend to play much closer attention to the rules and the expectations of RP on the server in the event that I am unbanned.
