I would like to start out by saying i am extremely aware, that over my long period of playtime i have done many things that have broken the server rules, such as my bans and my warnings as you listed above. For this every time i have tried to come back and play within the rules to the best of my abilities, but sometimes mistakes are made, and other times i have been harshly punished, when maybe i wouldn't have been as harshly punished due to my previous history.
Lets first address the points you made about my current unban appeal:
1. I understand completely that regardless of my intention a rule was broken, and this is not an excuse of any sort, but just trying to provide some context behind why the rule was broken, so that maybe you can understand that my intentions where not to deliberately break any rules. I understand that i have fairly received the ban however im just trying to help you and the rest of the admin team maybe understand why i did what i did, or mistakenly did.
2. I was not trying not to crash or anything of that sort, i just simply completely forgot where about my NLR was and that i was anywhere near the place that i died. I accidentally went within the radius of where my NLR was broken for an extremely short time as all i was trying to do was take off my blackfish and go to black market as you can see me marking in the video that i provided. I am not the best of blackfish pilots and messing around with all the vectors and such takes a lot of concentration and focus for me.
3. Of course, my key binds messing up is my fault, and i understand that it is no valid excuse for braking any rules, as it is a players responsibility to make sure that they play within the rules at all times and do not break them regardless of anything (e.g broken keybindings or other things), however i think that for the rule i broke this is an important thing to mention, because it shows the only reason i broke NLR was because my key binds where not working and i was more distracted on trying to fly the blackfish then i actually was on my NLR.
4. What i meant by "i was restrained by an admin a good 10 minutes later" is that i didn't even realise i had broken NLR at any point up until i was restrained by the admin 10 minutes after i had broken NLR.
Overall, in regards to my "NLR rule break", i did not deliberately break the NLR rule as it was just a mistake caused by an unfortunate chain of events, that are my fault. However, i believe i should be unbanned from this because the NLR rule is in place to stop people from re spawning and coming right back to the same situation that they died in and looting themselves, or ruining the experience of other players, by coming right back and shooting them, because when you die you are suppose to forget anything that you did or the people who killed you ect... when in fact all i did was accidentally go within the distance that i died for a short amount of time. I understand that this is still a rule break as this is an exact rule stated in the NLR rules section, but i did not ruin anybody elses rp or experience by doing what i did. I flew my blackfish within 1km of the location i had died in, and then left to go somewhere else, it isn't like me doing what i did affected anybody or any situation on the server, because i wasn't coming back from my death to get back involved in a gunfight or a role play event.
Now in response to my previous bans:
As i previously stated, i am fully aware of my colourful history on the server, so i will try and defend myself and prove to you as you said and the rest of the staff team / management that i do deserve another chance to play on this server.
In regards to the first 3 bans, they where a fairly long time ago, and as you can see i have never been banned for them things again, and there has been a considerable amount of time passed between them bans and now.
Most of the other bans, are due to a lapse of concentration and mistakes made on my part, such as the RDM on spawn island where i presumed you had godmode, and i will hold my hands up and say i am sorry for these. However "6 Been banned or RDM", this ban was overturned, so i dont think this should be looked at / considered in my unban appeal.
Now I think that i should be allowed to be unbanned and play on here again, because i have been a part of this community for an extremely long time, close to two years if i am not wrong, and i have put 100's / 1000's of hours of playtime onto this server, and i have enjoyed every single minute of it. I have made many friends on here and would really appreciate it if i was allowed to play here, but then again from an admin point of view i can understand why unbanning me might not be seen as the best idea. But as i stated, most of my bans (especially the recent ones) have been accidents, and not something that i have actually done in order to get in trouble or ruin peoples experience on the server. I try to give the best that i possibly can on this server at all times in regards to rp and other aspects, and i hope that i can say the people who i come into contact with have an enjoyable experience with me. Therefore, i would hope that maybe my history could be overlooked and i could be awarded with one final chance to prove myself here, and show you admin team / management that i am here to have fun and not break rules and ruin peoples experience. I am not a person who wants to ever ruin somebody elses playtime, just somebody who makes mistakes and sometimes doesn't pay attention to what is happening around me. If i where to be unbanned i would due my very best and put in as much effort as humanly possible to make sure that these "mistakes" and rule breaks due not happen again and try and change the way you guys see me as a player. I know that you guys here this a lot out of a lot of players, but all i can do is say that i am being 100% honest here, and promise to you everything i have said in this post.
