I completely understand why i was banned and i totally take full responsibility for my foolish and very stupid actions.
I said a racial comment in chat and i didnt realise that i would offend anyone.

Why should we unban you ?
It is my first time playing altis life and i didnt know that being racist can get you banned.
I am very sorry to anyone i have offended. Once again i am very sorry for being silly and i should have thought before i said the comment.

My own words: Any negative comments about someones race or ethnicity or just negative comments in general is not acceptable and will be punished with a permanent ban.

What you said is not expect anywhere let alone here.  You were banned under the rule 1.2. This rule is a perm ban as such you are required to make a perm ban appeal.
