I was banned for ban evasion which I clearly get, I was supposed to be banned. But I was lead to believe that I wouldn't be banned in the first place,

I was sick and was unable to contact the staff member in question, Ive been bed bound, And I connected to the server yesterday, realizing I had been banned so I was like lol ok, and I decided to ban evade, I think its personally wrong to perma ban me from the server due the incident, I was never asked to explain my side of the story, I was never contacted, I was never informed that I would be banned.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned as my side of the story wasnt heard, I wasnt contacted, I wasnt even informed that I would be banned. I had absolutely no idea. I think I should get a fair warning not a perm ban, I was new to the server, new to RP in general, I had read the rules but I was lead to believe that I didnt break any rules. Again, I can explain this more closely on teamspeak if I actually get contacted by a staff this time. Atleast, Allow me to explain my side of the story...
I get why the ban was placed, But I should have gotten more time or atleast have been contacted. I was laying sick in bed ive been bed bound since the 9th, Please allow me to explain my side of the story and why I believe the ban should be removed.
