In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: From the evidence that was given from my last appeal that was denied I had VDM'ed 2 players, one once and the other twice,.(Sorry I didn't realise i ran one of the players the first time again). I had ran over this guy twice, and another guy once once. The first time around i hit 2 players but the second time it hit only one player again.The first time around was an accident but the second time I thought it was funny (not realising it was one of the same guys from the first time around). But the atv I was controlling did have broken front left wheel on closer inspection. Before I VDM'ed the player in reverse I did wonder why my atv wasn't moving much when going forward and i thought i caught it on something. It was at that point i started reversing and circled twice (Hitting one player 2 times and another once, but on the second spin thinking it was funny to hit another person when in actual fact it was one of the first players).
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
However using the following vehicles to immobilise each other (eg. Hunter VS Ifrit or Strider VS Ifrit etc) is permitted in roleplay for whitelisted factions or people in ownership of a rebel membership - Hunter/Strider/Ifrit
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I think i should be given a final chance as i didn't understand the severity of what i had done on the server and to the player that i caused damage too. But much over the importance of how much telling the truth and full story of what happened so both admin and other players have the understanding. But also in filling out the first appeal i had the incorrect mindset of thinking that i might be let off as it was my first (and only) bannable offence on this server, and that i may have been lightly let off. Im so sorry for any wasted time i have caused and any distress i may have caused to that player and any admin, but i hope it can be put behind us and i can learn for my mistake. (P.S if any of the admins that were on at the time could possibly pm me the players name so i could formally apologise to them, that would be helpful) Thanks. P.S Sorry for not responding to the same appeal last time, my computer had a virus and i had to take it to a specialist to recover my files.
