Because I ran from someone who came GUNBLAZING at me without even initiating =)

Why should we unban you ?
I should not be only unbanned but compensated for this SHAMEFULL "" STAFF work "" . Banning people without even looking at the evidence make me feel like we are in a jungle not a TRUE RP server "" this is the evidence in which the truck's driver is YOURs TRULY << The_Tunisian >> and the video owner << dnt know his name >> is the guy that didnt initiate """ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmcyWdK-0dQ&feature=youtu.be """ . Even tho there was a sign in his video that he tried to say something but obviously and probably u guys CAN'T HEAR IT .... I didnt HEAR IT ..... five of my friends CAN'T HEAR IT and even "" Karl "" the LIVE ASSISTANT on you TeamSpeak server didnt hear it...... WELL let me put it this way "" INITIATION = BASIC RULE IN ALTIS LIFE "" especially this server ..... second of all THE ADMIN that banned me SHOULD / MUST be DEMOTED and taught THE ALTIS LIFE RULES one more time because obviously either he didnt even bother looking at the evidence and banning me or maybe he don't even know what INITIATING MEANS...... SECOND OF ALL the guy that was shooting at me in this video without a SINGLE PRE-WARNING is the ONE who SHOULD be PUNISHED . It's not my faults or problem that the guy had a broken MICROPHONE that i should be banned for....... BOTH THE MANAGER OR ADMIN + THE GUY ARE THE ONES THAT SHOULD BE BLAMED FOR THIS NOT ME ........... I am the "staff member" that banned you. Although I heard no initiation, I saw him speaking in direct chat, some video recording software will not record microphone input unless certain settings are ticked. If you have a video that shows no sound coming from him, that could have been dealt with on a report against him. However just because you didn't hear his initiation, it doesn't give you justification to break the server rules. 

Regardless of the initiation, if you watch the video. at 1:57 you full on ram his vehicle at high speed with no attempt to get out of the way.

You are in your right to have an opinion, now if you want respect you need to show some back.

The way your talking about our staff, does not show any means of criticism, all i see is someone angry because they got banned and let me tell you, that never leads to nothing good. Regardless who's right, this is not the way to put everyone's hard work because you feel bad.

I'll let you appeal back in a month, but for now you'll have to wait. @Thesoldier, put a note on this member so he doesn't get un banned before that time range.
