In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned as a report was edited to show as an RDM however the video was edited by them to show the situation in a different light. The situation was posted as I RDMed LCN Samurai. This may not have been intentional or not done with malishous intent however at the airport we already told them that if they didn't stop following us they would be killed. They contiuned to follow us for way less than 5 minuets. There where no rule breaks as far as we can tell and would request an admin looks over this as the report was edited in a way that showed the situation to be something it wasnt. I spoke to @Jamzabout this and he said to post another unban appeal explaining this.

Why should we unban you.
I should be unbanned as ive been a part of the community a long time and have a large group of friends here. The ban report was also edited in a way that shows the situation to be something it isnt and under rule the report a rule section it is against server rules and is banable. Im not asking he is banned, just that an admin looks over this and takes in my side of the story.

I dont have a recording however if samuri can upload about 4 minuets before it will be obvious as @TLF Robbie warned him and im sure other LCN member will tell the truth.

Watching the report video, you yell at him at 0:58 to get the fuck out of the vehicle get the fuck out of the vehicle and open up on him at 1:00 which is about two seconds. He was about to get out when you start shooting and didn't give him enough time.

are you saying there was initation before this. if so I need video evidence (testimony won't suffice)

Im afraid I dont have video as i use shadow play, im currently doing my best to get any people from my gang to get video if they have any and im attempting to contact LCN, however Samuri should have the full video. If you do and you read then samuri i dont want you banned and i hold no grudges so please just upload the video.

Also I never asked him to get out, I asked him to move the car not get out the car. I understand I was a bit trigger happy, however i never had to do this and could have shot him straight away.

Before I get chat logs and spend time on this. I am being told that you claimed to a staff member Samurai did not want to resolve it. Is that true?

I reviewed the video, you gave him two seconds before you shot him. You hit him, and didn't give him any time to comply. I've talked to multiple staff and im told stories from your end have been changed. In the end he appeared to be surrendering. Staff feels that your actions are fishy and I agree

You were given a second chance when you shouldn't have been in the first place.
