I was banned by ban dodging on a other account that i did not mean to do but i did my time anyway

Why should we unban you ?
i know that i have been anoying and messaging people and not following rules but a long hard think at the rule book and a week of the formers i have come up with my sences but i made a other appeal because i did not know how to get steam id and still dont so i need help with that but now i have grown up come to my sencece and thought all week about this trying new servers like pheniox and grand theft but they just dont come to me like this server i have been on this server sins i brought arma but i just dont get the grudge but  can you un ban people like kined people i will never get in truble with a admin ever again you i dont have friends that play other servers  i have robbed so mutch but on this one there are one or two but not as many i love this server and i cant live on steam without this serverits the best its unique and overall you have been the best admin to have ever respont on this server mostley acctive and realy reliable thank you for your time
