In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
After a group of people killed my team mate in the middle of Kavala, I was waiting for NHS. Then they appeared again with a car and hit my truck. They exploded, I survived with my Hemitt. Then I thought they were dead, I drive onto them with my truck. TCK Matt appeared, he warned me that he is claiming but I didn't heard of him. After 2 fair warning, I was keep driving onto dead bodies (they weren't dead already, they were waiting for ambulance) I banned for VDM.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I'm a good member of ATWA. ATWA is a permanent rebel group of this server for almost like 3 years. We want to come back again with a good fortune. I thought it wasn't VDM at all. I won't do it again. I read all forum and server rules. I'm promising to obeying whole rules at all and it won't happen again.

@uurgzm so I bumped into you while you were running over downed people in kavala. I warned you multiple times while playing as a civilian to stop doing what you were doing, you totally ignored me and everyone else telling you to stop. Next I changed into my admin suit and took you up to the castle in kavala to have a chat and give you a chance to explain. You kept telling my to shoot you in the head, I told you I wasn't here to shoot you and wanted you to explain what you'd done. I got the impression you were not understanding anything I was saying because your english wasn't quite good enough. I tried to give you one more chance to explain what you'd done wrong and if you understood what you had done wrong but you didn't answer any of my questions and kept telling me to shoot you.

Because I couldn't be certain you understood you had done wrong I had no choice but to put the ban in place.

 
Obviously Matt was in a hard spot IG, due to the fact he was under the assumption that you don't speak English/ don't speak it well enough to communicate properly with him. I need to verify this as you've written an appeal in English... Could you please hop onto teamspeak within 24 hours and speak with an admin.
