i get banned because i was with my cousin and the police arrest us for no reason, i was angry and i rage quit, i'm sorry for this comprtament,i dont do thaht again

So when you got approached by a staff memeber, you said you didnt care about the server.

So why bother coming back ?

 
You're going to have to provide a lot more detail than that. As Stavik has said, you told a member of staff that you don't care about the server. What's going to happen if you have another "Wrong moment"? Are you going to lose all sense of reality and rage quit? Or are you now going to be able to handle yourself?

 
Yes, What you did was wrong. 
but at this moment i dont think you have any regret at all. 
we want alot more detail as just " Yes i will handle myself" 

So how will you handle yourself? 
What will you do to prevent this from happening again? 
And i am still confused why you want to come back, As you stated before you did not care about this server. 
and dont tell em you had a wrong moment, Because i want a detailed description of what has happened.

or is the simple reason you like to troll? 
like you did on a king of the hill server, And got banned there aswell?
