In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was banned becasue I was put in restrains while I was tazed. After waking up a gunfight was blazing and I shot a policeman next to me (Jamz)

Why should we unban you.
I did not notice I was put in restrains. I only noticed it when checking my shadowplay. I know what I did wrong and will take care not to repeat that mistake again. Or if I am unsure, wait instead of acting like I did. I try to follow the rules to my best effort and I am realy sorry for not RPing that I was in restrains. I know that it was my responsability to watch what happened to my character and act accordingly.

If I'm honest with you... looking back at the situation, I feel as though you wasn't aware you was restrained and perhaps I jumped the gun slightly...

I feel as though, looking back, you was tazed and then restrained with Tampax dying almost immediately afterwards... In this time you would no be aware or see your character handcuffs and sometimes even I don't hear a restraining sound.

Obviously at this point you would then wake up to see your character NOT restrained... and so you would shoot...

Regardless, it seemed at the time like an intention restrain glitch and so a ban was issued.

Take this as a bit of a kick up the bum, but I'm sure things can be resolved smoothly here.

I would still like a different staff member to continue this appeal, as I feel a different perspective would suit this well...
